Seen on Fendi and Balenciaga models, fluorescent lips have hopped right off the runway onto the lips of the most trendy celebrities such as Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, and Janelle Monae. A good friend of ours, Amanda Lew Kee, a local designer whose clothing line is featured in the Jacflash store, wears a trademark icy blue lipstick, which was also worn by her models in the most recent Toronto Fashion Week. This pop of color is perfect for spring/summer and can be worn on any skin tone.
